Nothing is a fluke & neither is your success

Everyone feels like they could and should be doing more, even when they are exhausted. If you have hit your goals, you’re looking at the next level. If you haven’t reached your goals, especially financial, you feel that you should be working harder even though you’re already burning the candle at both ends.

The reality?

You are probably on the right track but just need a minor tweak or fresh eyes. It’s too natural for most of us to overlook the strides we have made because we’re focused on the HUGE LEAPS & PROOF of success. Rome wasn’t built overnight, and neither is success.

By nature, I am extremely hard on myself. I know there is so much more I would rather do, but I often feel like there is not enough time in the day. Even when I finally added staff, they work circles around me with what they do, but this also has an add’l layer of responsibility for me. Have you ever felt this way?

The reality?

You just overlooked your success, progress, and strides for the HUGE LEAP. I was reminded of that this week, especially tonight.

  • I invited multiple clients to a sponsorship free 3-day training, and only one registered. Nevertheless, after Day 1, she has already snagged a sponsorship for a program she hasn’t publicly launched! My team is building the website & just created her promo video for it today. The domain isn’t even connected yet!
  • Another client received a paid deal last week with municipal government as he is focusing more on his speaking career & relaunch of his signature talks. My team is also perfecting his website, professionally edited & crafted his videos, as well as working with him on his training course.
  • Another client just became a paid contributing writer for a magazine I suggested she pitch (you know I am about my clients MONETIZING their expertise).
  • Another client is working on a global project using her book and author’s platform. Her books are selling out as soon as she orders from me.

The results don’t lie, but often we lie to ourselves. We cancel our greatness when we diminish our success in exchange for “the next.” It’s the small steps versus constant giant leaps that make the biggest difference.

I hope this helps someone who needs the reminder. Feel free to comment below and let me know what your main takeaway is..

Here’s to your success,
